Well...things seem to just get more difficult-lol. Sorry, but this post gives away how stressed and ahhhhh I am at the moment. I went to the perinatal specialist yesterday and after the longest ultrasound in my life she said that I most likely have gestational diabetes and that the baby is actually huge. WOW-well...that's what I was thinking anyway. I still have 5 weeks left and he weights an astounding 7 lbs. and 6 oz. That's stinkin' huge. So, it looks like it'll be a c-section for me this time around which I'm just not so thrilled about. Anywho, the Dr. scared me with a lot of possibilities and then I scared myself with what my imagination could provide on top of that. I have another appointment tomorrow to hopefully evaluate my blood work and get me on meds so the baby isn't stillborn (that was one of her scare, but true tactics). Anyway, we'll see what happens tomorrow & hopefully it's an effective visit. Oh, by the way, we're planning on naming him Jacob Asher Wallace-well, we didn't really choose the Wallace part, it's just part of the package :).

Love the name choice. So sorry that things are a little difficult and scary. But if it makes you feel better, they are usually off on the actual size of the baby, Tyler came out about a pound less. And a c-sec is nothing to worry about. I was pleased with the quick delivery and recovery. Granted I have nothing to compare it too, given your last experience with Hannah I think a c-sec might make it easier on you. Keep us posted, and good luck. We can't wait to meet little Jacob!
I like the name as well..That was one of my favorites. His initials kind of spell JAW(S)..ha ha. Love you and hope you feel better soon!

We are glad that things are going alright for you and that your babe is relatively healthy. Be grateful he is not at 10 pounds yet! The power of prayer...there is strength in it (read last month's message).
We love you!
